It's kinda what a new car smell is like....

and I don't think that a Doctor will get rid of the smell, he'll look at it, um and err a bit , then charge $175:00 just for the house call......

Clean rooms, good PA's, half decent soundproofing (oh well, not perfect but what can ya do?), good parking.

We've moved here after having been at Caulfield for 12 months.

We've quit Midian for good. At last. Now using Kindred in Yarraville. Nice and clean, gear works... but more importantly it's just down the road from my place. Smile

Good move Phil.....I don't know how you lasted as long as you did at the Midian. Admittedly it did have a "vibe" about it.

I've heard good things about Kindred. Bit far for us though.
